Confidentiality Policy of LEPSON Maciej Kluczewski
Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1-2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 z
on 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing
personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive
95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “GDPR”), I inform you that:

II. Your data will be processed only in the company LEPSON Maciej Kluczewski,
in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 5 GDPR
It is unacceptable to process your data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Your data processed for the purpose and on the basis of the above-mentioned purposes. We will stop
process your data for these purposes, unless we are able to prove that they exist

and freedom or your data will be necessary for us to establish or investigate
or defense of claims.

IV. V. The data will be kept for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract,
but not longer than until the expiry of the warranty period.

c) request removal, restriction or objection to their processing
d) data portability
e) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

VI. Providing data is voluntary, but refusal to provide it may make it difficult either
prevent collaboration.

VII. Please be advised that we do not make decisions in an automated manner and your data
are not profiled.

VIII. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time
Your personal data (including those belonging to a special category), but withdrawal
consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out in accordance with the law,
before its withdrawal.
