\npersonal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive
\n95\/46 \/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter „GDPR”), I inform you that:<\/strong><\/p>\n

I. The administrator of personal data is LEPSON Maciej Kluczewski<\/p>\n

II. Your data will be processed only in the company LEPSON Maciej Kluczewski,
\nin accordance with the principles set out in Art. 5 GDPR
\nIt is unacceptable to process your data for the purpose of direct marketing.<\/p>\n

III. Right to object
\nYou have the right to object to the processing at any time
\nYour data processed for the purpose and on the basis of the above-mentioned purposes. We will stop
\nprocess your data for these purposes, unless we are able to prove that they exist

\nor defense of claims.<\/p>\n

IV. V. The data will be kept for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract,
\nbut not longer than until the expiry of the warranty period.<\/p>\n

V. According to the GDPR, you have the right to:
\na) access your data and receive a copy of it
\nb) rectify (correct) your data
\nc) request removal, restriction or objection to their processing
\nd) data portability
\ne) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority<\/p>\n

VI. Providing data is voluntary, but refusal to provide it may make it difficult either
\nprevent collaboration.<\/p>\n

VII. Please be advised that we do not make decisions in an automated manner and your data
\nare not profiled.<\/p>\n

VIII. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time
\nYour personal data (including those belonging to a special category), but withdrawal
\nconsent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out in accordance with the law,
\nbefore its withdrawal.
